Succeeding Together

Do you lack a bit of confidence or find that transport or lack of digital skills is holding you back from getting back to work or setting up a business? Then the Succeeding Together project may be for you. It will create the opportunity for you to get together in small groups across the county to learn new skills, develop your confidence and share your experiences of getting back into work or setting up a business.

Succeeding Together is part of the 3 year Greater Lincolnshire MOVE project made possible by the EU European Social Fund (ESF) and Big Lottery Funding, aimed at helping women get back into the world of work or offer advice and support to enable them to proceed with a business idea.

We will help you overcome common problems such as child care, transport, digital skills gaps and much more. Our aim is to help you succeed by working together.

The project can offer you:

Five monthly development sessions per group
Use of the online My WorkSearch tool
Referrals to women’s business networks such as WiRE
Access to webinars and other relevant online support
FREE entry to the annual Women’s Enterprise Day event
Introductions to business advice services such as Business Lincolnshire, NBV and the Prince’s Trust
Membership of the Succeeding Together Facebook group
Referral to other MOVE partner support offers where appropriate
If you are live in North Kesteven and are currently unemployed or have been out of the job market for some time, give us a call. Any courses or support provided by the project are completely free to access. The first of five sessions will take place on Monday 5th December 2016, 10.30am to 12.30pm in Sleaford.
