Lincs Community & Business
Social responsibility is a two-way thing – your business and employees would like to benefit whilst also doing something to make a difference for others.
We can help your business get real value out of community activity and deliver genuine benefits for all involved.
Involving Lincs’ members have close links with grassroots groups and charities working with local people and improving quality of life in Lincolnshire.
Whether you’re looking for innovative team challenges, workforce skills development, a sense of achievement or to raise your company’s profile, we can help to match your business with local opportunities in the community.
“It’s great opportunity for all of our colleagues to get involved and uphold our values as a business.” Lee Musson, store manager at Sainsbury’s, Lincoln.

Try micro-volunteering! There are lots of tiny ways to make a difference, such as taking part in ‘wear your Christmas jumper to work day’, sending e-cards that donate to a charity, knitting in a lunch break, even spending a few minutes measuring galaxies over the internet (yes, really!). It all helps build team spirit, boost communication, motivation and morale. Why not have a micro-volunteering party as part of a team meeting – ask us how.
