We are looking for a self-starting Project Officer to help us successfully deliver our new Big Lottery / ESF Funded project. If you have a creative mind, exceptional interpersonal skills and a good track record in working with individuals, why not work with us on the next chapter in your career?

The main objectives of this role are to:

Help deliver a mutual support and development project for women who are thinking of establishing their business or moving back into the workplace.

Target women living mainly in rural areas of Lincolnshire, North and North East Lincolnshire who have had families and / or caring responsibilities and have found it hard to return to the workplace due to financial, geographical and child care issues.

Develop supportive peer groups based on shared geographies and shared aspirations. The groups will support and empower women furthest from the labour market, helping them to move successfully into employment or self-employment.

Connect economically inactive women with the advice, support, networks and opportunities they need based on a mutually agreed self-development plan.
