It was agreed that the Funding Advice Services group would pull together a set of key principles which would define the standards of service across organisations. It is anticipated that this will be branded as an Involving Lincs initiative to which all Involving Lincs members who deliver funding advice services will be invited to sign up. It is possible that the Key Principles could include a logo which members who sign up could use on their publicity materials.
In addition we would like to see the Key Principles incorporated into contracts with Lincolnshire County Council.
|Aims||The aim of the Key Principles is to maintain quality funding advice services that are accessible with strong foundations in the delivery of services to meet local needs and priorities.
Signatories to the Involving Lincs Funding Advice Services Key Principles should be aware of the environment in which they operate and develop their services to meet the needs of the communities and groups that they serve.
